Cosmetic tattooing criteria

Are you over 18? It is against the law to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 years of age.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you are unable to to have topical aesthetic applied, therefore, cannot be tattooed comfortably.

Have you previously had problems with anesthetics working? 

Have you had botox or fillers in your face during the last two weeks? 

Do you suffer from cold sores?  If so, lip tattooing is not recommended.

Are you a heavy bleeder or do you bruise easily?

Do you have any blood clotting condition?

Does your skin keloid scar?

Have you had issues with hypopigmentation (loss of pigment) or hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin)?

Do you have any auto-immune or hormonal condition?

Do you have any skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or acne?

Are there scars, moles or skin cancers present in the area you wish to be tattooed?

Do you use lash/brow serum?  This must be discontinued for 3 months before tattooing can take place.

Do you have any mental health conditions?

Do you regularly donate blood? You will need to wait 6 months before you can donate blood after cosmetic tattooing.

Please answer these questions honestly, as each of the listed conditions can affect your suitability for, or outcome of, cosmetic tattooing. 

***NEW LAWS HAVE COME INTO PLACE THAT NO LONGER ALLOW TECHNICIANS TO PURCHASE AND SUPPLY NUMBING CREAM. YOU ARE NOW REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN ALONG TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, I SHALL SEND DETAILS OF THE PHARMACIST THAT WILL MAKE IT UP FOR YOU. THE COST OF THE ANESTHETIC WILL BE TAKEN OFF THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR PROCEDURE.
