Please take a moment to read through and understand the salon protocol to make sure that we can get the most out of your appointment and complete your treatment on the day.
Please arrive on time to complete any paperwork and answer questions that you may have about your procedure. To avoid your treatment being cut short (if the treatment can be completed in the remaining time) or having to be rescheduled (incurring the loss of your deposit) please be on time.
Rescheduling appointments & cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48hrs notice. This gives clients on my "wait list" an opportunity to take your time slot. Any less than 48hrs notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
You will be sent a reminder text message before your appointment. If you fail to turn up on the day, your deposit will be lost and you may not be able to make future appointments.
Deposits of 20% from total cost of treatment are required to make bookings. Please ensure that you pay your deposit within 12 hrs of making the appointment and send a confirmation message to me. Your appointment will not be locked in and confirmed until payment is received.
Please be mindful that the salon is small and does not have room for prams. There are many expensive machines, breakable items, hot wax and chemicals around that can be easily accessed by little hands.
No large groups
The salon only has a small waiting area. Most procedures require a sterile environment and it is against the law to have another person in the treatment room whilst tattooing.
Please do not come to the salon if you are unwell or are recovering from any illness to avoid the risk of passing on infection to me or clients booked after you. I try my upmost to keep healthy to avoid having to cancel appointments due to sickness.
